The Barn, Middleyard is a charming 350 year old, pet friendly, converted Barn ideal for either a family holiday or for a break shared with friends. Open all year round and with short and weekend breaks available you’re sure to find a time to suit.
Sharing a drive with the owner’s property it is situated in the village of Middleyard and boasts superb views across nearby Stroud and the Severn Valley. On the Cotswold Way, It is perfect for both walkers and nature enthusiasts alike with picturesque rambles straight from the front door. There are two pubs, a well-stocked village shop and children’s playground within walking distance.
The comfortable sitting room with an open log fire has a full-HD TV and a blu-ray/DVD player as well as a books, games and lots of information about the local area. WiFi is free of charge. The kitchen/diner is well-equipped and is ideal for entertaining. Sleeping up to six, there are three bedrooms, two doubles (one king size) and one twin as well as a travel cot and high chair available for babies.
Outside there is a secluded patio with a garden table, chairs and parasol, perfect for watching the sun set behind the distant Welsh hills, and a private garden mainly laid to lawn.
The many local attractions are within easy reach and good road connections mean that Bath, Bristol and Cheltenham as well as the traditional Cotswolds market towns of Cirencester, Stow, Burford and Bourton-on-the-Water are less than an hour away from the Barn.
The Barn is easily accessible. The M5 is 10 minutes away and the mainline railway station (trains direct from central London) is only 5 minutes away. There is an hourly local bus service with the nearest stop 200 metres from the front door.

From Stroud take A419 towards M5. At the Cashes Green roundabout by Tricorn House take the first left down Dudbrige Road, heading towards A46 and Sainsburys. At the first Sainsburys roundabout carry straight-on towards the second Sainsburys roundabout. Take second left and go up Selsley Hill. At next junction bear right and right again at the top of the hill and on pass Selsley Church towards Kings Stanley. The Barn is signposted and is the last house in Middleyard, on the left.
