Under talented head chef, Robert Marshall, diners can choose from all day dining in Bistro on the Square, open for lunch from 12noon - 5pm. The elegant Fig Restaurant, open for dinning in the evenings from 6pm to 9pm and Luxury Afternoon Teas are available from 12.30 – 4.30pm, advance booking recommened and The Pavilion Terrace, the perfect place to enjoy coffee, drinks and light lunches on warm sunny days.

Bistro On The Square provides the perfect informal setting in which to enjoy morning coffees, sharing platters, as well as a range of snacks and daily specials. The Bistro has an informal atmosphere and is open seven days a week serving a range of sharing plates as well as daily changing specials.  The Bistro Bar offers a wide range of wines by the glass, as well as an enviable Gin and Whisky selection. A cocktail list is also on offer, with a choice of classics or something new to try.

The Fig Restaurant encapsulates fine dining and enables the hotel’s dedicated and highly talented kitchen team to demonstrate their considerable flair and imagination. The kitchen team take their inspiration from the generous local larder and source ingredients from passionate producers based nearby, from which they buy fantastic ingredients such as local cheeses, wholesome fresh breads and quality meats from the Cotswolds region.
