A beautiful 2.5 acre Cotswold watermill garden, designed and planted by the owner. Steep, lawned terraces wind down to the mill, pool, stream and grotto. A rose walk, edged with lavender, is lovely in late June, while the cricket lawn with views over the Cotswolds leads up to the fruit garden and potager. The garden has many seats to enjoy the tranquillity and vistas. 'Good Garden Guide' recommended. Dangerous for young children.
Surrounding an ancient watermill, and hugging the side of a steep, tiny valley Mill Dene Garden really is hidden in the Cotswolds and is a place of tranquility and rest; there are, after all, 10 seats!
The Garden Room offers facilities for lunches and teas, and plant sales – now specialising in herbs.
