Our Executive Chef Matt Weedon and his team are developing their own style of cuisine based on Matt’s love of French food, but focusing on quality ingredients sourced from local suppliers when ever possible. In line with modern tastes the food is slightly lighter, often using simpler variations of the classic dishes.
The rambling cellars hold a wide selection of fine wines from the new world and the more established wine producing areas. With an extensive selection of fine Italian wines, choose from over 200 new bins with favourites such as Barolo and Brunello di Montalcino plus lesser known wines from the smaller Italian wineries and the boutique wineries in Sicily.Wine tasting takes place every Friday and Saturday so that the guests can try and select wines before dinner.
