1. Cotswolds & Forest of Dean Tourism has provided this website as a facility to customers wishing to stay in the Cotswolds and the surrounding area. All the prices, details and availability are supplied directly by the accommodation provider and presented at this website in good faith, but without any liability whatsoever.

2. Any booking is a contract directly between you and the accommodation establishment and is subject to that establishment's usual terms and conditions.

3. If you need to change or cancel your booking you must liaise directly with the accommodation establishment according to their terms and conditions.

4. At the time of booking Cotswolds & Forest of Dean Tourism will charge you a deposit and booking fee. This deposit will be deducted from the total booking value, with the balance payable directly to the accommodation establishment.

5. This deposit and booking fee are not refundable for any reason whatsoever. You are agreeing that your credit card details, provided to make the booking, may be passed to the chosen accommodation provider. The balance is payable directly to the accommodation establishment - please check their terms and conditions. If you need to change or cancel your booking you must liaise directly with the accommodation provider.

6. Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held on computer files.

7. Cotswolds and Forest Tourism accepts no responsibility for the content of this site, or of any site to which a link from this site exists. Such links are provided for your convenience on an "as is" basis with no warranty, express or implied, for the information provided within them. Cotswolds and Forest Tourism is not responsible for the accuracy of the material on such sites and hereby expressly disclaims any responsibility for error, omission or inaccuracy in the material, misrepresentation and any and all loss, disappointment, negligence or damage caused by reliance on the material contained therein or any failure or alleged failure in the delivery of the services which may be referred to therein, or in the event of the bankruptcy, liquidation or cessation of trade of any company, individual or firm which may be referred to therein.
