Great Blenheim Palace Easter Egg Challenge

Calling all budding David Attenboroughs! Do you know your Red Admirals from your Cabbage Whites? Can you tell the difference between an Angora rabbit and a Lop-eared? Join us at Blenheim Palace this Easter weekend for the sixth annual Easter Egg Challenge with a Butterflies and Bunnies theme. The Easter Challenge will take place in the Pleasure Gardens and a Tree Trail is available in the Park. Visit the Palace to see the fascinating visitor experience ‘Blenheim Palace: The Untold Story’, and in the Saloon the grand table will be decorated for Easter.

Butterflies and Bunnies Trail – The Great Easter Challenge in the Pleasure Gardens
Butterflies and bunnies of various shapes and sizes will be fluttering and bounding around the Pleasure Gardens over the Easter weekend. Find all 15 types of our colourful-winged and cotton-tailed friends and you can claim your Easter treat! (Alternative prizes are available for non chocolate eaters).

If you want to be an Easter bunny for the day, free face-painting is available, and for a small extra charge you can design your own Easter pottery with ‘Pottering About’.

While the Easter hunters explore Pleasure Gardens including the Butterfly House where live tropical butterflies can be seen in free flight, the rest of the family can take in the overwhelming scale and awesome beauty of the Park and Gardens, which at this time of year will be brimming with daffodils.
