About
The Daylesford Garden is dedicated to our love of nature and the garden and houses our favourite seasonal blossoms and blooms, perennials, bulbs and vines as well as handmade bespoke bouquets, wreaths and arrangements.
Floristry course are run regularly by our team of expert florists in our Daylesford Workshop and weather permitting include a trip to our Cutting Garden to forage for an array of British blooms and greenery. Guests then return to the Workshop to craft their foraged finds into anything from table settings to plant-ups, hand-tied bouquets, vase arrangements, wreaths, wedding flowers and more.
We have created an exciting calendar of events, classes and activities designed to immerse you in the floral arts.
Our talented and experienced team of expert florists hosts several interactive floristry workshops each week, suitable for beginners and the more experienced – from foraged displays, table settings, plant-ups, hand-tied bouquets, vase arrangements, wreath making, wedding flowers and more.
The Daylesford Garden shop is dedicated to our love of horticulture and inspired by our organic farmland, hedgerows and seasonal blooms as well as our skilled gardeners, foragers and florists. It is the ultimate setting to master floristry, with green marble worktops to keep plants and cut flowers fresh and variety of practical equipment on hand.
We are committed to environmentally friendly, traditional methods and do not use floristry foam.
We have our own organic Cutting Garden with predominantly British home-grown flower varieties, so you can work with and enjoy exquisite blooms grown just a stroll away. Weather permitting, we begin many of our courses with a tour of the Cutting Garden to gather inspiration and fresh flowers to bring back to the creative Workshop space.
Our connection to the earth is at the heart of everything we do. By farming organically, we work in harmony with nature and strive to protect its precious resources.
