The Cart Shed offers one downstairs king bedroom, one upstairs king bedroom, two upstairs double bedroom, an upstairs twin bedroom with two (optional) sofa beds on the landing.
The Grain Store – Sleeps 8
Providing endless living space, sprinkled with old world charm – a favourite of ours are the Grandad velvet chairs. A large dining table with additional tables available for larger gatherings, with panoramic views of our exclusive setting. A private courtyard over-looking the countryside, with the addition of a hot tub to melt into and re-discover the stars.

The Dairy – Sleeps 6
An idyllic stand-alone eco-friendly luxury barn, with a picture window providing views over the stream into neighbouring fields. A beautiful & rare handmade English Elm kitchen provides the perfect setting for families & friends to enjoy some time out together.

The Hay Loft – Sleeps 6
Spacious & modern with a view of the old untouched world. Providing floor to ceiling views, the spacious design creates a wonderful setting for both friends and family get-togethers. The kitchen/dining space rolls out to the outdoor patio, sitting central in the courtyard with stunning countryside views. With the perfect window nook for tiny humans or grown ups alike, this property is perfect for a family escaping for a while.
The Hay Loft offers two upstairs king bedrooms & an upstairs twin bedroom.
The Cottage – Sleeps 4
A traditional farm cottage renovated into a cosy, luxury self-catering property. With a beautiful view across the courtyard to the stream & fields beyond, this space is wonderful for friends and family to share.
The Cottage offers one upstairs king bedroom & one upstairs double bedroom.
The Tractor Shed – Sleeps 2
The perfect getaway for the likes of writers, artists and romantic getaways. A large open plan design, this property benefits from unusual original features including original stone tables as the dining space, indoor and out. The Tractor Shed has a secret – a wonderful hideaway in the eaves of this listed barn, the perfect spot to climb up & catch up on your reading.
The Tractor Shed offers one king bedroom.
All of our properties have ample parking. The top dogs (literally) in the family are welcome with two dogs permitted per property. A dog bowl & lead are provided for your furry friend to borrow during their stay, along with a little treat from us.
Modern laundry facilities are on site should they be required & additional Housekeeping is available to book on request.
