The Daylesford Trough café, Legbar and Old Spot restaurant, located at Daylesford Organic Farm.
The main dining room at our Cotswolds farm is a converted barn with high ceilings and an open kitchen.
The Trough opens out to the Legbar, the Fountain Courtyard and the summer Courtyard. Most of our menu is fresh from our organic farms in the Cotswolds and Staffordshire, where we mindfully and sustainably raise grass pastured rare and native breeds, our pedigree dairy herd, truly free range chickens and eggs, grow seasonal fruit and vegetables and make our award-winning artisan breads, ham and cow’s milk cheeses.
Opening out into our farmshop courtyard and featuring a wood-fired oven and botanical cocktail bar hosted by expert mixologists, The Old Spot is an ideal space for relaxing with friends.
Open all day and into the evening, The Legbar provides a relaxed, light and airy space for drinks, nibbles and small plates as well as artisan coffee and botanical cocktails. Built sustainably using fallen oak from the Daylesford estate and local Cotswolds stone.
