Cotswolds Distillery

The Cotswolds Distillery

The dream of native New Yorker Dan Szor, the Cotswolds Distillery is creating the Cotswolds first ever whisky (ready from October 2017) as well as incredible gin and other gorgeous spirits. Sign up for a tour to find out more about this beautiful distillery nestled in the picturesque village of Stourton in the North Cotswolds. 


Yubberton Brewing Company

Set up by the team behind the excellent pubs The Ebrington Arms and The Killingworth Castle, the Yubberton Brewing Company (named after the traditional name for the Cotswolds village of Ebrington) produce craft ales and their award winning Yubby Bitter. Their aim is to produce locally-made, quality ales that can only be found in pubs.


Wychwood Brewery

Home to the legendary Hobgoblin and Brakspear beers, including an award-winning Ruby beer, Wychwood Brewery offers regular guided tours of their Oxfordshire establishment. Don’t miss a new addition to their range – Hobgolin spit roast steak hand-cooked potato chips! 


Donnington Brewery

Using time-honoured recipes and spring water drawn from their own spring, Donnington Brewery beer is brewed in the original mill near Stow on the Wold. Real fans can enjoy the Donnington Way - a 62 mile circular walk taking in the brewery’s 15 pubs in some of the Cotswolds most beautiful countryside. 


Hook Norton Brewery

Using the finest raw materials and water drawn from deep wells beneath their beautiful Cotswold Hills brewery, Hook Norton Brewery beer has a flavour all of its own. The brewery works closely with local farmers and the surrounding community and offers regular tours as well as ‘brew your own beer’ experience days. 


Cotswold Brewing Company

Billed as the longest surviving lager microbrewery under the same ownership, the Cotswold Brewing Company is family owned and their beers are both additive and preservative free. Inspired by the Bavarian regional breweries, their beers are only available in the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire, Bath, Bristol and London – a great reason to visit the Cotswolds. 


The Cotswold Cider Company

Based in Coleshill in the south of the Cotswolds, The Cotswold Cider Company produces real cider with personality and character. Vintage cider apple varieties are sourced locally to produce such tasty creations as ‘No Brainer’, ‘Side Burn’ and ‘Sweet Cheeks’! 


North Cotswold Brewery

A family run craft brewery situated on the Fosseway, the North Cotswold Brewery has been producing award winning ales since 1999. With creative names like ‘Shagweaver’ and ‘Hung Drawn ‘n’ Portered’, the company are passionate about brewing quality ales using traditional methods and the finest natural ingredients. Brewery tours are also available. 


Brewery Tours

There’s a new way to while away the hours in Cheltenham thanks to the creation of Brewerism.  Enjoy brewery tours, guided beer tastings or beer and food matching and pub cellar visits or request your own bespoke ‘beer event’. 


Dursley Brewery

Probably the youngest brewery in the Cotswolds, Dursley Brewery was set up in 2015 and creates beers that are simple, exciting to try and ever-changing.  Only natural ingredients are used from fresh malted barley, oats and wheat to hops from all over the world and pure water.


Battledown Brewery

Cheltenham’s oldest working brewery, Battledown, produces fine beers for local public houses, hotels, restaurants and shops using time honoured techniques.  Drop in for a look around or to sample one of their classic ales. 


Stroud Brewery

Creators of an organic honey beer exclusively for Highgrove no less, Stroud Brewery offer tours and a bar every Friday and Saturday night with music and freshly made sourdough pizzas. One of their beers is in fact named after Edwin Beard Budding, the Stroud man who invented the lawnmower.


Severn Vale Brewing Company

Established in 2005, Severn Vale Brewing Company creates local beers with imaginative names like Nibley Ale and Dursley Steam Bitter.
