Fancy a different day out? Why not visit Combe Mill?
Combe Mill, a grade II listed building on the Blenheim Palace estate, is a Victorian steam and water powered sawmill now operating as a working museum. It gives a good insight into what work was like in Victorian times on a rural estate. It is run entirely by unpaid volunteers, many of whom are retired engineers and craftsmen who love to reminisce. One visitor called it a "true black fingernail museum" with plenty of hands-on activities to challenge and entertain all age groups.
CHILDREN are now FREE, Adults £9; Concessions £7.50
