Venue Hire

A versatile Cotswold venue located ten minutes outside of the spa town of Cheltenham and a short drive from Oxford, with great road links via the A40, our venue is easily accessible. An inspiring, modern space away from the office to gather your team for a meeting or conference, our versatile room is now available to hire. 

The Sainfoin Centre has excellent AV equipment, super-fast fibre broadband, projector/screen, flexible seating layouts and is full of natural daylight with large picture windows. 

The Sainfoin Centre is fully air-conditioned with accessible modern bathroom facilities available with every venue hire. 

We promise to deliver excellent personable, professional and helpful assistance to you to ensure your event exceeds your expectations. We want you to feel at home in the Sainfoin Centre. 

Previous events have included workshops, corporate events, talks and training courses. Our luxurious on-site accommodation, "Bantam Houses", each sleeps up to 4 and can be added on if required. 

Catering can be tailored to your event ranging from wine receptions with canapes, intimate private dining, to fully catered menus for your group. 

We offer inspirational and fun private farm tours for your group that wokr as a great addition to your day. 

Using a converted tractor trailer with space to cater for up to 20 guests (more by special arrangement), visit the fields and explore our regenerative farming practices on an informative guided tour, expertly lead by "Farmers Weekly Grassland Manager of the Year 2022" Ian Boyd.
