      The Rococo Garden has one of the largest naturalistic plantings of snowdrops in the country. The early snowdrops begin to burst into flower from January, but by February the snowdrops really get going and the full display comes into its best.

          Cotswold Voluntary Wardens offer guided walks across the Cotswolds National Landscape from various locations around the Cotswolds. Many walks do not require booking just turn up on the day at the advertised meeting location. All walks by the Voluntary Wardens are FREE OF CHARGE however donations are welcome and help us to take care of the countryside.

        2. Gladiators are on their way to Cirencester
          The Cirencester-based Corinium Museum announces their first touring exhibition – Gladiators – A Cemetery of Secrets. From October 2022 through to April 2023, visitors will be able to 'get up and close' to six unique skeletons from the Driffield Terrace excavation in York, and on loan from the Jorvik Museum collection. The exhibition allows visitors to explore the remains of some of these male skeletons and sets out to demonstrate the latest research to attempt to uncover more about who these people were, where they came from, and how they died, raising the question – were they criminals, soldiers, enslaved people, or gladiators?
