Slimbridge
If you have a youngster who loves nothing more than to have a good splash in puddles, then your day won't be complete without a play at Welly Boot Land at Slimbridge Wetland Centre. The play area has recently been developed, enjoy the new lily pad trampolines, climbing trees, log tunnel and basket swing. Surfaces have also been levelled making the play area more accessible.

Cirencester Open Air Pool
With views of the castle from the pool, why not take the family to Cirencester Open Air Pool. Built in 1869 this unique pool offers the chance to swim in natural spring water heated to an average 27°C (80°F). Located on the edge of Cirencester Park, there is a 28 metre main pool with slide, separate children's paddling pool, sunbathing patio as well as hot and cold refreshments.
Cotswold Water Park
Active is really the order of the day here, Cotswold Water Park is set in 42 square miles of Cotswold countryside. This unique area of over 180 lakes known as the Cotswold Water Park has something for everyone – from watersports and land activities, fantastic and varied birdwatching, excellent angling, off road cycling, an inland beach, peaceful lakeside walks. You can come for a day visit, a short break or even a family holiday.
Bourton Vale Equestrian Centre
For the horse lovers in the family why not take a ride through some of the most stunning Cotswold villages and countryside with all the family. Offering expert tuition and scenic rides around the picturesque villages of Lower and Upper Slaughter. With kind, good natured horses there is riding for everyone – from complete beginner to the more advanced.

Greystones
Located in the picturesque village of Bourton-on-the-Water, with a range of attractions including wildlife trails, a replica Iron Age roundhouse and a discovery barn there is plenty to allow the kids to expend some energy. For the real outdoor enthusiasts there is Fat Squirrel With something for all ages including Mum and Dad, there are scavenger hunts to do, dens to build, and everyone loves the giant swing.
