In the lounge there is a velvet sofa, antique Persian rug, 18th century dining table and chairs, interesting antiques, fine art and classic books. Lighting is discrete whilst a log stove provides a delightful atmosphere (the small dining table and chairs takes two only). The lounge windows overlook Cricklade Street and there is occasional modest street noise.

Everything is to the highest standard: the latest Sony LED TV, with freeview, a bluray DVD player and lots of varied films, unlimited free wi-fi. For music there is a full choice with digital Roberts radio, bluetooth stereo speakers, CD player and a CD collection

The kitchen is all new, fully fitted and has all usual facilities plus extras like a Nespresso machine and frother, Nutribullet, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
