Each morning the farm is abuzz with activity as the produce makes its way to our farmshop and cafés, all overseen by our experts in their fields.
Seasonal vegetables, fruit and herbs are picked early from the market garden; artisan breads and delicious cakes, baked overnight, are delivered from our bakery; organic milk from our British Pedigree Friesians herd travels just 30 meters from our dairy parlour to our Creamery to be churned into our award-winning organic cheese, butter, kefir or yogurt, and freshly laid eggs are collected from our hens.
Even our real meals and soups are made each day on the farm in small batches, perfect for those who are short on time but still want to cook a fresh, organic meal at home.
The Daylesford Trough café, Legbar and Old Spot restaurant, with delicious organic seasonal menus, feature signature dishes made by our expert chefs with absolutely fresh, organic ingredients picked straight from our market garden that morning.
The farmshop is a truly special shopping experience, with an abundance of fresh organic produce to tempt you for a home-cooked supper. Our farmshop leads to both the Daylesford Home and Garden shops, inspiring spaces to discover carefully selected hand-crafted items devoted to our love for the home, garden and art of floristry.
