With sustainability at its heart, The Roots + Seeds Kitchen Garden menus will showcase some of the finest Cotswolds artisan produce fromwithin a 25-mile radius alongside fruit and vegetables grown in its own, on-site kitchen garden.
“Climate change, food miles and sustainability are at the forefront of our minds, so growing our own food over a weekly cycle with daily changingspecials will help us achieve our goal of creating a low to zero food waste restaurant,” says Roots + Seeds founder, Toby Baggott.
Situated next to attractive listed buildings, once the Bathurst family’s foxhound kennels and stables, the Roots + Seeds café and restaurant occupies a new, beautifully designed, light-filled space with vaulted ceilings and large windows overlooking the kitchen garden.
Adjacent to the restaurant, a separate children’s room. This bright and airy space will be full of books and arts and crafts equipment designed to entertain families with young children.
