Menus feature seasonal, sustainable produce often from small, local suppliers on Cowley’s very own grounds. From planting and picking in the herb garden to foraging in the surrounding hedgerows, there’s an incredible array of ingredients throughout the year.
In the morning you can help yourself to the breakfast table or order a cooked breakfast from the menu or enjoy the opportunity to sample the Anywhere Menu – any time of day featuring signature dishes and classic comforts. In the evenings the A La Carte Menu is available in the Restaurant as well as the Sunday Lunch and Afternoon Team.
