  5. The Little Dairy
    One of Oxfordshire's best-kept secrets is Pedro’s Little Village Dairy and his beautiful goats: Missy, Gracie-May, and Rosie. Pedro has been making cheese for many years, it’s a family tradition and inspired by his lovely Nan. What cheese does Pedro have today? It could be garlic and chives, mixed herbs, or perhaps the traditional cheese which goes perfectly with a dry, white wine! Whatever you fancy, be sure to get in touch as Pedro only makes small batches!
