Due to ongoing staffing issues, Whatley Manor we will be closed on Monday and Tuesday throughout 2022.  From Wednesday to Sunday we will be offering afternoon tea each day, dinner in Grey's Brasserie from Wednesday to Sunday. Sunday lunch in Grey’s Brasserie.

Dinner in (1 Michelin star) in the Dining Room from Thursday through Sunday. 

Ricki Weston was promoted to Executive Chef in February and soon after Ricki and his team gained a Michelin star for The Dining Room. Announcing the promotion, General Manager Sue Williams stated: "We feel very lucky to be moving into Whatley's next culinary chapter with Ricki at the helm. He brings to the role a fresh focus on the finest British ingredients and some interesting traditional cooking techniques, all of which perfectly complement our sustainability goals. I feel very excited to watch Ricki lead the team to deliver more exceptional eating experiences for our guests."

Grey’s Brasserie is Whatley’s answer to casual dining, featuring comfortable banquette-style seating, a lovely neutral colour scheme throughout, feature fireplace and bar.
