Head Chef, James Graham
As a Cotswold based Chef of over 15 years, James has well-established relationships with producers and suppliers in the South West of England. Winner of numerous awards, including ‘Chef of the Year’ (Cotswold Life), James has led the kitchens at Malt since 2015.
