Aston Pottery’s multi award-winning Country Café provides a light and airy space in which people can meet friends and family whilst enjoying a wide selection of homemade fare from local suppliers.
Each morning fresh batches of scones, cakes and biscuits are baked and placed on their own individual cake stands - a perfect complement for a hot tea or coffee.
Opening at 9:30am, our café offers a wide selection of light meals, sweets and drinks.
At 10:15am the first scones come out of the oven, these sit with another 25 cakes, biscuits and tarts ranging from the traditional lemon drizzle cake to chocolate brownies.
A wide selection of drinks are available to compliment the foods throughout the day, including our carefully selected coffee made from beans grown high in the mountains of Honduras.
Lunch starts at 12:00 with a whole range of food cooked that morning - from hot soups and pies to our famous deep quiches. Along with a wide selection of fare prepared every day, we have a rotation of daily specials across the week. As reflected by our menu, it is our belief that a Country Café should be serving food which is uncomplicated but extremely tasty.
With specialist cooks and bakers our main meals, cakes and bakes are all created in house and to award-winning standards.
Our fabulous front of house team make sure that the customers have not only great food, but a great experience.
