Pub dog Bacchus, loves nothing more than showing his four legged buddies around his home turf. The dog friendly 16th Century Bell Inn, is conveniently located for a number of circular walks in the area. Guided by Bacchus and landlady Sarah – she is the one that does all the talking while Bacchus is sniffing- you will enjoy a varied walk of woodland , open fields and well trodden tracks. Stopping off at Selsley common to take in the breathtaking views across the Severn, where on a clear day you can see the black mountains of Wales.
Route dependent on weather and fitness of humans and length of dog legs!!! Whatever the weather the Cotswold Countryside is stunning. Dog treats, hot drinks and homemade cake are provided on route.
Return to the pub for an optional award-winning lunch or dinner and, of course, there is a doggie menu prepared especially to ensure a truly pampered pooch.
After all the excitement of exploring the Cotswolds, your companion will leave tired, with a full tummy and will have lasting memories as they dream of their next adventure in Selsley.
