HIRO
HIRO is a ten-seat omakase restaurant hosted by former Nobu head chef Hiromi Wada. The 10-course tasting menu features hand-rolled sushi, wagyu beef burgers, crispy rice with salmon ceviche, yellowtail new-style sashimi and much more - with vegetables and sauces inspired by our kitchen garden.

HORN
Headed up by Chef Adam Harris, our signature dining room serves an ever-changing menu of locally inspired dishes, served tapas style. Highlights include the lamb shank pie, bibury trout, and salads fresh from our priory garden.

GRAZE
BULL open-air terrace, Graze, is open day and night, weather permitting, for cocktails and an ever-changing array of street food from our wood-fired oven. From smash burgers to flatbreads, curries, tacos and stir fries, you never know what you might find on our Terrace, but it’s usually just what you wanted.
