About
Successful London restaurateur of 30 years, Antony Griffin Harris, aided by PR Stacey C Elder bring tantalising fine dining to this beautiful part of the Cotswolds.
Re-united after 30 years with Head Chef Nick Anderson (2 Michelin stars) and his wife Kate Anderson, the Sous Chef, they have bought new life to this Cotswolds favourite.
The menu revolves around the best seasonal produce locally-sourced from British farmers with occasional indulgences as well as virtuous everyday fare. While away a few hours at The Boxing Hare, and be looked after by people who truly love what they do. Be it a casual drink with friends, a romantic meal, a special celebration or a family outing.
We have long established ties with local food producers, rare breed pork from Paddock Farm, local foraged mushrooms, local game, day boat fish from Looe in Cornwall through New Wave seafood in Fairford and Blenheim Palace lamb featuring on the menu. We have our own dry-ageing cabinet in which we are ageing Longhorn Beef for 70 days. Bread is baked daily and will be for sale to our customers. Our ethos is simple, make everything, serve the best, and offer value.
Most importantly is that The Boxing Hare should be a great place to eat wonderful food and while away a few hours looked after by a team of people who love what they do.
