About
Day One
On your first day we will explore the wonderful city of Oxford, sharing the extensive history and some hidden gems. We will visit historic Oxford University colleges, the famous Bodleian library and take a stroll round the Victorian covered market. At lunchtime, we will enjoy a leisurely punt, and a picnic on the river, with delicious fresh food from the local area. We end the day in the thatch-lined village of Minster Lovell for a luxurious overnight stop
Day Two
On our second day we will cycle through the picturesque villages of the Cotswolds. With architecture dating as far back as the 11th century we will traverse the ancient trade routes towards Bourton-on-the-Water also known as “the Venice of the Cotswolds”, stopping for a relaxed riverside lunch along the way.
Day Three
On day three we will ride deeper into the heart of the Cotswolds experiencing outstanding natural beauty and historical wonders dating back to Saxon time. After a magnificent lunch at the revered Hollow Bottom Inn, we make our way through Chipping Campden famed for the most desirable high street in England and onwards.
