- Accept children (Minimum age) - Children are accepted on our Cotswolds Day Tour (minimum age 3 years) - children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by a fare paying adult. Brewery & Pub Tour - strictly 18+.
- Accept children all ages - Children aged 0-2 are welcome but you must purchase a child ticket, and provide an age-appropriate car seat that can be fixed to the minibus seat using the three-point seatbelt. Go Cotswolds does not provide child's car seats and is not responsible for fitting these.

- Fitness level required - medium - Our Cotswolds Walks & Villages tour includes one short countryside walk (1.6 km/1 miles) and two further optional walks; one of 2.5 km/1.5 miles and the other 4.5 km/2.75 miles. Suitable footwear should be worn. Please ask if you have any questions.
- Groups Welcome - Our vehicles can accommodate a maximum of 16 passengers. If you would like to hire us for a private tour, please contact us: info@gocotswolds.co.uk stating your preferred travel date(s), number of passengers and any ideas for your itinerary. We are also happy to make suggestions.
- Open All Year - Go Cotswolds is open all year round, including public holidays. We close between Christmas and New Year. Some tours are seasonal. Please check our tour availability or enquire for details.

- Off site parking - If you are driving to meet the tour at Stratford-upon-Avon, we recommend you park at Stratford-upon-Avon train station. If you are driving to meet the tour at Moreton-in-Marsh, we recommend you park at Old Market Way car park, or at Moreton-in-Marsh train station. If you are driving to meet the tour at Chipping Campden, we recommend you meet us at Moreton-in-Marsh train station instead, that way you won't miss any of the tour.

- Min group size numeric qualifier - Solo travellers, couples and small groups welcome. Please note our Brewery, Pub Lunch & The Cotswolds tour has a minimum number of 6 passengers. If the minimum number of passengers is not met 2 weeks before the tour date, the tour will be cancelled and a full refund will be given. All bookings are provisional until the minimum number of passengers is met. For all other tours, there is no minimum number of passengers.
