About
Make the most of the great outdoors and have fun with family and friends on BattleSports Glos’ exhilarating 2.5 hour Laser Combat Experience. This exciting, safe alternative to paintball sees players using the latest sophisticated gaming technology to compete in teams on a purpose-built battlefield based at Elton Farm Leisure, just off the A48 from Gloucester to Chepstow, often called the gateway to the beautiful Forest of Dean.
Once on site, between 10 and 30 players will be greeted by the team and taken through a site and game safety brief, followed by instruction on the use of the weapons and basic tactical combat training. Once divided into two teams, you will be offered camouflage face paint and issued a cap, team bib and laser weapon.
Then it’s on to the battlefield where you will take part in a series of fun missions tailored to the age and ability of the group, with different team objectives.
After each mission, team scores will be shared, and players can check their own stats, too.
Soft drinks will be available throughout and the experience concludes with a delicious picnic or barbecue with breathtaking views of the famous horseshoe bend of the picturesque River Severn.
Suitable for all ages from 7-plus, making it a great family or group activity.
BattleSports Glos is the only outdoor UK facility to use the very latest digital laser weapons manufactured in Australia by DDTR.
Unlike paintball, with Laser Combat there are no masks, no paint, no mess, no bruises, there are no hidden extras in the price, and participants are given unlimited ‘ammo’.
